In light of the Global Pandemic, shipping delays are expected to occur. Australia Post is experiencing delays due to Government restrictions and limited airline capacity. While all orders will be shipped out by Express post whenever possible; please allow for extra delivery time as we all work together during these unprecedented times.
Due to higher temperature in the warmer months, all orders containing adhesives will be sent out with signature on delivery by Australia Post. This is to prevent the adhesives from perishing by being left in the heat. The last day we will ship orders containing adhesives will be on a Friday, to prevent spoilage over the weekend, as Australia Post warehouse cannot guarantee a temperature-controlled environment.

TAXES & DUTIES FOR NEW ZEALAND CUSTOMERS
Our Postal charge does not include taxes and duties, which may be applied by customs. All taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer and are usually determined on the value of the order. Orders will not be refunded if taxes and duties are not paid and you choose not to pick up your order. Please enquire with your local customs to determine if any taxes and duties will be payable.
TRACKING YOUR PARCEL
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number, the orders can then be tracked on the Australia Post website.
In the unlikely event that your parcel goes missing, it may take up to three months to receive an answer from Australia Post Investigation Team. While we will endeavour to rectify the issue ASAP, the timeframe given by Australia Post is uncontrollable.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please ensure all shipping information is correct before confirming your order. Should you need to correct your shipping information please email us ASAP via email@example.com and we will attempt to correct the mistake. Once an order has been processed no changes can be made. If parcels are not collected or are required to be returned to the sender, postage costs are unable to be refunded. By placing your order you are committing to the sale and are declaring that all information entered, including the shipping information is correct.
